Call Out and Quotes
Getting us to your door costs nothing. You receive a clear quote before any work starts and approve it before a tool comes out. If the scope changes because of something found during the work, we stop, explain it and re-quote before continuing.
Our Guarantee
If something isn't up to standard, we'll come back and make it right, no questions asked. This covers our workmanship. It does not cover manufacturer defects, which are handled under the manufacturer's warranty, or faults caused by misuse or work by others.
Licensing
Plumbing, drainage and gas fitting work is carried out by licensed plumbers. You can ask to see the licence on the day.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
